THE WORKWhat does the equipment need to support?
Describe the role or workload in plain terms. It may be a standard business user, a remote colleague, a design workflow, a specialist application or a connected workplace requirement. The intended task is more useful than a list of technical terms alone.
If there is existing equipment that must be retained, mention that too. Compatibility or standardisation may materially affect the options.
THE SCALEHow many people or items are involved?
An approximate quantity helps us understand the nature of the request. A single workstation, a small team refresh and a multi-location requirement may need different supplier routes and different levels of coordination.
It is fine to provide a range if the number is not final. We can identify the information that needs to be confirmed later.
THE TIMINGWhat is driving the timeframe?
Let us know if there is a project date, a replacement deadline, an onboarding need or simply an early-stage review. Timing helps frame the discussion, but it is not treated as a commitment unless confirmed by the responsible supplier.
If timing is flexible, that can be useful information as it may allow a broader consideration of suitable options.
THE CONTEXTWhich countries and parties are involved?
Tell us where the equipment is needed and whether the conversation includes internal IT, procurement, a reseller, distributor or technical partner. NGTBTECH can bring a European and Czech market perspective where relevant.
We will keep the roles clear so that a customer can see who is advising, who is supplying and who is responsible for any specialist implementation.
